These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between OSYRYS (“Osyrys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“you” or “User”) governing your access to and use of the video game Cyberblade Battles and any related services, websites, Discord channels, social‑media pages, digital items, updates, or content we provide (collectively, the “Services”). PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY; THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR RIGHTS, INCLUDING MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND A CLASS‑ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 15.

1.1 Platform Accounts. To play Cyberblade Battles you must log in with a valid Meta (Oculus) account. That account is governed by Meta’s terms of service. We are not responsible for the operation or security of your platform account.
1.2 Age Requirements. Cyberblade Battles is intended for Users 13 years of age or older. If you are under 18 (or under the age of majority where you live), your parent or guardian must review and accept these Terms and will be responsible for your activity.
1.3 Parental Controls. We rely on Meta’s built‑in parental‑control tools. Parents should configure headset‑level restrictions and supervise play.
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Osyrys grants you a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable, and limited license to download and use one copy of Cyberblade Battles for personal, non‑commercial entertainment on a compatible Meta headset. All other rights are reserved by Osyrys and its licensors.

All trademarks, logos, graphics, text, images, software, and other content in the Services are owned by Osyrys or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual‑property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
You agree to behave lawfully and respectfully while using the Services. You must not:
We reserve the right to suspend or ban any User who violates these rules, without notice or refund.
Virtual‑reality experiences can cause motion sickness, loss of balance, repetitive‑strain injury, eye strain, or seizures in a small percentage of users. Always read your headset’s safety guidelines, maintain a clear play area (at least 2 m × 2 m), take 10–15‑minute breaks every 30 minutes, and stop immediately if you feel unwell. Use of the game is at your own risk.
It is your responsibility to heed all safety warnings provided on your device. We strongly recommend that you review and follow all safety guidelines issued by Meta and any relevant health authorities before and during gameplay.
We may deploy patches, updates, or modifications that may change or remove certain features. You agree that we have no obligation to provide any particular feature or to continue supporting legacy versions. Future updates may require you to install new software or agree to additional terms.
Cyberblade Battles may offer optional in‑game purchases (e.g., cosmetic items). All virtual items are licensed, not sold, have no real‑world monetary value, and may be modified, discontinued, or revoked at any time without liability to you.
You may stream or share your gameplay footage for non‑commercial purposes, provided you comply with Section 4 and do not present your content as officially endorsed by Osyrys. By uploading or sharing any user‑generated content (“UGC”) you grant Osyrys a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and distribute that UGC for promotional or community purposes.
If you send us comments, suggestions, or ideas (“Feedback”), you grant Osyrys a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use that Feedback in any manner without compensation or attribution.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any part of the Services at any time for any reason (including breach of these Terms) without notice. Upon termination, Sections 3, 5, 9–16 survive.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSYRYS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OSYRYS (INCLUDING ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES) WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED USD 1,000 (OR THE EQUIVALENT IN LOCAL CURRENCY).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Osyrys and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses ( including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms or (b) your use of the Services.
Unless otherwise required by a mandatory law of your jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles.
15.1 Arbitration Agreement. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (“Dispute”) will be settled by binding, individual arbitration administered by the Centro de Arbitraje de la Cámara de Comercio de Lima in accordance with its rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
15.2 Class‑Action Waiver. You and Osyrys agree that Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative action.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via in‑game notice, Discord post, or email. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and OSYRYS regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or communications.
